Kristina's work ethic and ability to be coached on and off the floor will carry her through her collegiate career at Wingate. I know she will take that with her into next year. Gilliam has been one of the hardest workers to go through Drake's well-noted vigorous training sessions and the sophomore continues to grow leaps and bounds from when coming to Wilmington as a first-year student-athlete. Eboni is a true ambassador of CFCC Athletics and has battled every step of the way, said Drake. Most people don't know this, but Eboni worked three jobs over the summer, while taking summer classes and participating in our off-season workouts. She still continues to work during the season and works two days a week opening Starbucks before attending her 8 a.m.

And he's not particularly impressed. "I chalk it (visit) up to, his ego doesn't allow him to step outside of himself and really examine the big picture," Brooks, who rematches Chandler for the vacant lightweight belt on Saturday at Bellator 131 , told MMAFighting.com at Wednesday's open workouts. "I think sometimes his ego and the people around him pump his ego so much that he's not allowed to see his different things. But it's not my problem. I control what I can control and he can control what he needs to do." For his part, Brooks, who won the first bout via split decision, notes that Chandler wasn't the only one who had to adjust on the fly.

Across the various criteria we gave Spotify's team -- running , cycling , weightlifting Shin Ohtake , crossfit , yoga , the gym , and tae bo , (no judgments, here) -- we have a playlist for each waiting in the wings. Here, we're showing off the top 25 songs across all of that music. The results are an accurate cross-section of the music that may come to mind when you think of hitting it hard -- "Let the Bodies Hit the Floor," anyone? "Bulls On Parade," of course. Metallica, naturally. But also some less predictable choices from the data pool: Dropkick Murphys' "I'm Shipping Up to Boston," made famous by the soundtrack to Martin Scorsese's "The Departed," as well as Kanye's mega-politik "Black Skinhead." Ok, maybe "Black Skinhead" makes sense, considering it starts off with the sound of someone obviously straining on a stairmaster. We hope you find these lists useful as you chase your fitness goals, or at least psych yourself up to plan on chasing them. We're totally hitting the gym.

Furthermore, two different sources told ESPN.com that Parker seemed a bit indifferent. One source said he thought Parker tanked the workout. Why? A source says he strongly prefers to play in Milwaukee.
