I know that 150 is the weekly number recommended by the American College of Sports Medicine, and more is better especially if it includes strength training and flexibility training and intervals and blah blah blah. Admittedly, I get in my share of exercise, some more days than others, some more piddling then others. But Im always on the lookout for these nifty workouts that take mere minutes. My son (who hates when I call him buff, although he is) no doubt owes part of that to a three-minute no-crunch abs workout he found online. I have a small collection of these, too.
